The captain is dealing with some recent therapy.  

He is struggling with how to live the best pirate life.  Caught between the honor of the code and his desire for booty, the Pirate finds himself reversing his objectives almost continuously.

Luckily he has Parrot to guide him.

Can he make it through Nipple Space with his dignity, his mental health, and his booty intact?
